About Maria

Maria Huellas is a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) and co-founder of Remedy Massage Therapy in Richmond, BC. She is a Certified Applied Manual Lymph Drainage Therapist, trained in Dr. Vodder MLD Levels 1, 2 and 3, and focuses on supporting clients with lymphedema and post-surgical swelling.

Maria graduated from the Vancouver College of Massage Therapy. Before becoming an RMT, she earned a Bachelor's degree in Dental Hygiene Sciences from UBC and worked as a Registered Dental Hygienist for over a decade. Outside the clinic she plays tennis, trains in Brazilian jiu-jitsu, hikes, and spends time with her dogs, Rome and Popcorn.
