• Patient Intake Form - Why is it Important?

    Hello everyone,

Once you have made an online account with Jane App (our online booking system) and have booked yourself in for a massage, you are required to fill in our Patient Intake Form. We have made only a few of the information in the form as necessary, such as your name and contact number. However, filling in as much of the form as possible is much appreciated as it helps with organization of our patient files. It may also help with differentiating between patients who may have the same name. Patients who have ongoing ICBC injury claims have their own box to fill in regarding their claim number and adjuster information so that the Registered Massage Therapist has a contact regarding your ICBC case to ensure you are covered. The most important part to read and fill out is found near the end of form: the consent form. Before any of our RMTs are allowed to assess and provide treatment, we need your consent. We also need you to understand our cancellation policy. The time you have reserved is for you, if you are unable to make it then it is appreciated if enough notice is given. There are usually several patients on an ongoing waiting list for cancellations so if enough notice is given, a patient who is waiting can easily take an appointment.  If you have any questions regarding our patient intake form, do not hesitate to contact us!

  • Parking at Remedy

    Hello everyone,

With the exception of the last few weeks, we are expecting nice and sunny weather ahead of us. With summer coming and more stores opening up in the complex, we expect higher volume of cars and traffic . If you have a hard time finding parking, there is ample amounts found in the parkade attached to Marshall's. Peak hours are during lunch/dinner times and weekends, where a majority of people looking for parking are for the restaurants. Please try to arrive 5 minutes prior to your massage therapy appointment at Remedy to ensure you have time to look for parking.

    Thank you!
